Unfuck Your Eating: Using Science to Build a Better Relationship with Food, Health, and Body Image: Using Science to Build a Better Relationship with (Paperback)

Staff Reviews
Dr. Faith G. Harper is on point when giving quick rundowns of heavy psychological struggles/mental health disorders. I’m not saying I’m 100% healed from reading this but as they state in the beginning of the book, just reading this is a great start; I couldn’t agree more. In this book, you are introduced to the many forms of eating disorders that can form with having a negative relationship with food as well as tools you can use to better your relationship with food.
